This software operates in
conjunction with PLANNING PC.
The software performs the following operations:
- The "Process"
menu visualizes all the dyelots still in a waiting list.
- Receives the processing lots to execute from the network system.
- Automatic preliminary assignment of the processing lots to the
machines according the following parameters:

type
of product, –
characteristics
of the machine, –
quantity
of product to process.
- Visualization of the processing lots to execute according a
personalized pre-set order (date of receipt, requested date of production,
etc.)
- These dyelots can
be originated by an external mainframe (IBM AS400 and similar), where the
company has the accounting and related software.
Through a link between
this and our software, it is possible to receive in real time the list of orders
placed for production.
