MODULAR GROUP OF AUTOMATIC EMULSIFYING TANKS:

SATE group of emulsifying tanks provides to dissolve powder dyes and chemical products in order to distribute them to the processing machines.

It is composed by a variable number of dissolving tanks according to the number of processing machines to serve, each one equipped with:

openable lid on the top to avoid dust to come out,

a mixer, valves for hot and cold water inlet as well as for the outlet towards the distributing pump or to the drain, rinsing device,

on request tanks can be supplied with an external heating jacket.

The operator manually introduces the chemical products and then press a button give the consent to start the automatic dissolving and distributing procedure. The SATE industrial computer installed on the control panel provides to perform all the procedures and to control the parameters such as: water quantity&temperature, dissolving time&temperature in order to perform the most appropriate procedures for each dissolving process. Also the rinsing procedures are also automatic.

For the distribution of the dissolved products the group of emulsifying tanks can be connected to SATE dosing machine and utilize the existing piping or can be equipped with an independent distribution module. In this second case the connection to the machines can be executed in two different manners:

by means of a single pipe, along which the distribution valves are located in correspondence of the machines to serve;

by means of dedicated piping, one for each distribution point; in this case the system does not require valves distributed in the whole plant in correspondence of each machine to serve with the chemical products, because the selection of the recipient machine is effected by the patented practical revolving selector.
