AUTOMATIC COLOUR KITCHEN: SATE colour kitchen "IDK" provides to dissolve powder dyes and to deliver them to the processing machines, even at a distance of more than 300 metres. One of its main features is to be able to perform contemporary multiple dissolving and delivering operations.

The colour kitchen is composed by a variable number of dissolving tanks made in AISI316 stainless steel – one for each processing machine – each one equipped with:

 

openable lid on the top to avoid dust to come out, a mixer, valves for hot and cold water inlet as well as for the outlet towards its pump and the drain, delivery pump, rinsing device, on request tanks can be supplied with an external heating jacket.

The operator manually introduces the dyes and then press a button give the consent to start the automatic dissolving and delivering procedure. The SATE industrial computer installed on the control panel provides to perform all the procedures and to control the parameters such as: water quantity&temperature, dissolving time&temperature in order to perform the most appropriate procedures for each dissolving process. Delivery and rinsing procedures are also automatic.
