HIGH ACCURATE AUTOMATIC DOSING MACHINES FOR CONTINUOUS AND DISCONTINUOUS MACHINES PROCES 

H-DVL: Innovative, safe and rapid patented dosing and dispensing machine. It is the dosing machine to satisfy the most exacting needs of precision. No valves are needed to select the user, as H-DVL uses SATE patented rotary group to select the machine that made the request.

 

This version of SATE automatic dosing machine derives from SATE patented dosing machine DVL-Dist and utilizes the patented principles of "DVS".

This machine has been developed to satisfy the need of the utmost precision in metering the quantity of dosed products, guaranteeing at the same time the fastest dosing procedure as possible.

The SATE patented dosing machines H-DVL select the recipient machines by means of the patented practical revolving selector. Process machines are connected to the H-DVL by means of dedicated piping, one for each distribution point. These two items exclude any risk of contamination and mistake in the dosing and distribution of products.

The dosing machines "H-DVL" utilize pumps which also have a suction function; this eliminates many restrictions in the positioning of the chemical tanks, i. e. oblige the positioning of the tanks on a structure over the dosing station.

The chemical products dosed by the DVL-Dist can be stored either in the original changeable tanks and/or in dedicated storage tanks. Moreover DVL-Dist doses and distributes chemical products coming from a SATE modular automatic emulsifying group of tanks and/or an automatic colour kitchen

All the dosing operations are managed by a SATE multitasking industrial computer that controls all machine functions, while executes a continuous check of the operations as well as a diagnostics routine.

Dosing instructions can be imparted either by means of its keyboard or through a PC dedicated to the management, recording and remote control of dosing operations.

In this second case the whole system performs in real time the dosing operations, shows in real time the H-DVL status as well as dosing operations in progress and the products level in the tanks. The software also connects to centralized recipe and machine supervision software in order to receive and perform the dosing operations necessary for the execution of the programmed production processes.
