DVL-Pro
The SATE patented dosing
machines DVL-Pro:
- Do not utilize valve mainfolds to select the chemical products or any kind of liquid product
-
Are equipped with an exclusive patented revolving selector that selects the
product to dose avoiding in every case the contamination with any unrequested
product. The two patented vectorial selector groups therefore guarantee the
absolute separation both between the products and the machines.
·
Utilizes
special valves for the interception of the products, which operate in a simple
and functional way; the valves of the products are placed in a round shaped
formation, so that to guarantee a fast and safe selection of the desired product;
moreover these valves allow the check of their seals in any moment from the
outside of the machine, without the need to stop the dosing operations to open
or dismantle any device.
The dosing machines "DVL-Pro" utilize inverter driven pumps
which also have a suction function; this eliminates many restrictions in the
positioning of the chemical tanks, i. e. oblige the positioning of the tanks on
a structure over the dosing station.
The chemical products dosed by the DVL-Pro can be stored either in the
original changeable tanks and/or in dedicated storage tanks. Moreover the
DVL-Pro doses and distributes chemical products coming from a SATE modular group
of automatic emulsifying tanks..
All
the dosing operations are managed by a SATE multitasking industrial computer
that controls all machine functions, while executes a continuous check of the
operations as well as a diagnostics routine. Dosing instructions can be imparted
either by means of its keyboard or through a PC dedicated to the management,
recording and remote control of dosing operations.
In
this second case the whole system performs in real time the dosing operations,
shows in real time the DVL-Pro status as well as dosing operations in progress
and the products level in the tanks. The software also connects to centralized
recipe and machine supervision software in order to receive and perform the
dosing operations necessary for the execution of the programmed production
processes.
