A volumetric or a mass flow meter is installed to accurately measure the quantities of the dosed products. The choice of the type of flow meter depends to the requirements of the processing plant where the dosing machine will be installed.

D-VALV

The dosing machines "D-VALV" utilize inverter driven pumps which also have a suction function; this eliminates many restrictions in the positioning of the chemical tanks, i. e. oblige the positioning of the tanks on a structure over the dosing station.

The chemical products dosed by the D-VALV can be stored either in the original changeable tanks and/or in dedicated storage tanks. Moreover D-VALV doses and distributes chemical products coming from a SATE modular group of automatic emulsifying tanks.

All the dosing operations are managed by a SATE multitasking industrial computer that controls all machine functions, while executes a continuous check of the operations as well as a diagnostics routine.

Dosing instructions can be imparted either by means of its keyboard or through a PC dedicated to the management, recording and remote control of dosing operations.

In this second case the whole system performs in real time the dosing operations, shows in real time the D-VALV status as well as dosing operations in progress and the products level in the tanks. The software also connects to centralized recipe and machine supervision software in order to receive and perform the dosing operations necessary for the execution of the programmed production processes.
