Presentation of the SATE house

The SATE house makes and distributes worldwide : "electronic control systems" for any kind of industrial machines (dyeplant machineries, food machineries, laundry, chemicals, cosmetic, ..... ) and industrial plant. SATE product also industrial automatic dosing machines & system some of this are also covered by patented "automatic dispensing systems". Producer also of Software for P.c. and Plc on request of customer for supervisor or scada system "centralized systems" to manage and control for automatic plants. It realized also ERP software specific for textile field, and for the same field it realize also engineering for new or restructuring of the existing plant "turn-key solutions".

When the SATE house was created in 1978, is development office went in active research to be able to offer solutions to it's clients that were completely new and unthinkable at that time, as we are working now.

To offer it's clients a product that was really useful as well as to permit an improvement of the work, the production and reduction of costs, the SATE house always focused on technology and innovation .

Thank to the many experience during these years, in its R&D centres, and the customer care office SATE is able to offer a complete service to the customer that come from the consulting for the single automations as for the biggest and complex plant, offering a vast store of industrial computers, Plc or I/O card for a optimal configuration himself.

The same happen for the Software products, that more than the scada solution are completed by software for p.c. and plc (services offering to every clients as for the final products) it offering also the modernization of the old and existing plant by new interactive software for monitoring and or control the plants.

The R&D and realization of the on demand Hardware so like the customisation of the products already present in our catalogue, are composed of many steps among which we like underline, the final test before the shipment to the customer, confirmed by an apposite module that is consigned to the customer with the product (this procedure is made every time for every product, and not only to some champion)

Today, SATE is a company that acquired, through it's research and development centers, the necessary experience in order to offer modernisation designs of existing plants and new turn-key industrial development plants (for textile fields).

Some milestones of SATE history

Founded in 1978 In the '79 SATE manufactured and distributed first microold the first microprocessor controller in Europe for the control and managing of dyeing machinery, while it's competitors are still manufacturing electromechanical controllers.

The same thing happens (80's) for the first centralized dye kitchens to automatically dose dissolve and send the dyes at distance superior to 300 meters in a pipe that is guaranteed to always stay clean., and SATE also designs centralized integrated systems for complete industrial plants or for each department of service production.

In the 90's
In the second half of this decade, with SATEDRYING, a unique system designed for drying control, SATE cuts drying times by 30% and ensures this result through the years.

In 1995, the SATE house also revolutionizes the concept of automatic dispensing system with it's unique DVS system, computer assisted for ultra speed and ultra precision.

In 1999 the first industrial computer with Linux Operative System

in 2003 the evolution of the dosing machine with the first very accurate dosing machine for industrial application to dose from 500grs to 50Kg with 0.01% as max error.

2006 the new program Ladder diagram "laddy" that permit the programming of the SATE's plc or human interfaces in a very easy way from every technician their self or with the support of SATE service ever at disposal. This program was R&D together the Florence University.
