SATEDRYING

By the constant hardware and software updates and development, in order to make them comply to the requirements and novelties of the market, we realized  the SATEDRYING system, which optimizes automatic drying cycles without any outside intervention with its ultra fast, precise and reliable system. 

The SATEDRYING system:

SATE, thanks to the high technology used in its computer hardware, developped a revolutionnary moisture control system that was later patented.

This system is based on a physics principle that allows to control residual moisture rates stagnating in the fibre, without having to measure the moisture directly.

It means that the control carried out by SATE is in no way influenced by the moisture that is present in the air used to dry or by any problem linked to the type of moisture sensors that are not always reliable. Indeed, they do not always ensure the same detection through time because they clog or they adjust on the moisture present in the environment, which substantially changes.

The SATEDRYING system therefore only holds account of the moisture actually present in the matter. This is possible because of the extreme precision of the systems we work with and because of the capacities of the microprocessors controling and managing the variations in temperature that are created in the dryer.

This system allows to always obtain the same moisture percentage for every textile product, independently from the matter's condition at the beginning of the process, ensuring a perfect fast drying.

SATEDRYING is in operation in multiple dyeplants throughout the world and is also operated as a control system by many dryer manufacturers.
